Pray to end abortion!

By • May 4th, 2003 • Category: Catholic stuff, the Church

I saw a bumper sticker on a car. It said “Get your rosaries off my ovaries”. To me, this just shows the drivers contempt for a person’s rights. The ways and reasons I pray are between me and God. What right does this person have to try to tell me how (or how not) to pray? It just seemed vindictive to me. In being pro-life, I just wish to respect the rights of the unborn children. It’s not an attack on anyone’s way of life. Unless you consider being a part of the culture of death a way of life. But, this bumper sticker was an attack. It was an attack on my beliefs. Therefore, it was an attack on my way of life. I guess all I can do is pray an extra Rosary for this person, that they see that attacking a person because of their religion will never win an argument for them.
