Nicole Kidman seeks privacy…

By Marc • Jan 28th, 2005 • Category: In Other News...., the Ranter

From the sound of this story, it looks like the paparazzi have again gone too far. These people invade the privacy of celebs on a daily basis. These people, no matter their celeb status deserve to have their privacy just like anyone else. Also, they have families that are not actors, athletes or politicians. If it really fair for the families to share the wrath of the paparazzi’s with them? I say no. But what do we do on this? Do we just shoot all the paparazzi? Well, as I often do, I;ll paraphrase Chris Rock, “I’m not saying I would’ve shot them, but I understand.” No, I think the root problem must be addressed here. It’s our fascination with these celebs and their personal lives. You know what? It’s not really any of our business. It would be a good start to stop buying these rags that buy the pictures from these scummy photogs. Not just rag like the National Inquirer, but rags like People too. I would bet more than half of what they print isn’t even true anyway. So buck up America! Mind you’re own business and quit living vicariously through the lives of others. Live you own life!
