Athiests say “Pope Ratzinger” is bad for freedom

First of all, it’s a shame they weren’t even paying enough attention to get his name right. It’s B-E-N-E-D-I-C-T….as in the 16th….. That means there’s been 16 popes named B-E-N-E-D-I-C-T. Just a little clue for the Atheists in Arizona, whose “director” is listed on the press release. Hey, isn’t that the state that didn’t want to recognize Martin Luther King day? I guess now we know the real reason why. They remembered it’s Rev. Martin Luther King. Boy, those Arizona atheists sure have trouble with names and titles don’t they?
Anyway, minutes later thicke.org issued this press release:
THICKE.ORG
Thick-E, President
Hannah the kitty, litter box inspector
For immediate release April 20, 2005
AMERICAN ATHEISTS, INC. “bad news” for religious freedom and not keeping their noses out of other peoples business
Sorry, the body of the press release had to be edited for content. You’ll notice it’s missing. After all, this website is family friendly.
