CSS From the Ground Up Tutorial

CSS is used to style web pages for a lot of the sites you see on the world wide web. It provides instructions to web pages so that they are presented in a similar manner across a web site. For instance, the background color of thicke.org is sort of a grayish blue, no matter which page you are viewing. This is done by a css.
