MSM only show the “anti” protesters

I’m getting sick of this…..

MAR DEL PLATA, Argentina – More than 1,000 demonstrators angry about President Bush’s policies clashed with police, shattered storefronts and torched businesses Friday, marring the inauguration of the Summit of the Americas as leaders began debating creation of one of the world’s largest free trade zones.

I remember all too well the “coverage” of the “protests” in the streets of Manila the day after our armed forces started the march to Baghdad to topple the ruthless dictator Saddam Hussein. Why do I remember it so well? I’ll tell you. I remember it because I was there in the streets of Manila the same day I was in my hotel room watching the one-sided “coverage” of the reaction there on CNNi. On TV, all you saw were the anti-US protesters, the anti-Bush protesters or the anti-Christian protesters. No mention was made of how much these “protesters” were getting paid to be there. That’s the because the ones who were not getting paid to be there were the pro-US protesters, the pro-Bush protesters and the pro-Christian protesters. I never saw one of them on the CNNi “coverage”, but I did see them on the streets with my own eyes. You couldn’t miss them because their numbers were greater.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same thing with these Argentine “protesters”.

Yet again, I have some stuff for Sat. and Sun., and I’ll see you Monday. Consider this an open thread and open trackbacks. If you are wanting a conversation starter, how about this one… Are the Argentininny’s wrong for protesting…
