WordPress.com
By Marc • Nov 21st, 2005 • Category: On The Web, the SiteOK…..In case you weren’t paying attention, Wild Tangents is running a software package called “Wordpress“. The developers who worked on it have done a really god and I am happy with it. Suzette also likes using it over on Foxy Suzy. I’m lucky that I’ve got a hosting solution provided by Bluehost that allows me to run Wordpress with all it’s requirements. I know a lot of folks can’t really do this, so that’s why I’m glad that Wordpress.com is open for all to sign up. Wordpress.com runs a multi-user version Wordpress. It’s a little easier to use and is free. The only real flaw I see if a lack customization. But I guess that’s to be expected. I of course have taken the obvious name for a blog there called “Wordpress Tangents“. I’m not really sure what yet, but I plan to use it for something. If you to try blogging, I highly recommend it.
