Actually, I am getting tired of the lack of brevity on the whole matter. USCCB apparently is incapable of releasing a statement less than 14 pages to say &quot;No&quot;. After reading the text of the release from the Vatican, I am again concerned with the attempt to use a long, somewhat confusing statement to say &quot;NO&quot; and then having to explain what the meaning of &quot;is&quot; is (no issues within 3 years).
What are they thinking??? No means no-sorry --not qualified-unacceptable, no further review required-no exceptions.  Fits nicely on one page, single spaced. God has provided other vocations for those who have resolved thier issues.</description>
