God favors a fool and her unborn child

Richardson, 21, of Joplin, Mo., was making her first solo jump in Siloam Springs, Ark., on Oct. 9 when her main parachute failed and her reserve chute didn’t fully deploy.
What? WHAT!?!?!? She was pregnant and she went up and jumped out of an airplane? What was she thinking? This is outrageous that this woman would put her unborn child at risk like this. I am appalled.
Richardson said her due date is June 25. She said she plans to make her next parachute jump in August.
At least she plans on waiting until after the birth to do something stupid again….
UPDATE: Well, I stand corrected. Chalk it up to ADD. I missed this part when i read the story:
During treatment, doctors found that Richardson was pregnant, which was a surprise to her.
She said she would not have jumped had she known she was pregnant.
I apologize to Ms. Richardson.
