Arroyo wish: Less red tape
By Marc • Dec 26th, 2005 • Category: The Philippines, the RanterIn a phone interview with the Inquirer, Gonzalez said President Macapagal-Arroyo called a Cabinet meeting on Friday and told her officials that she wanted to cut red tape to make the government more responsive and attuned to the needs of the poor.
LOL! You know what? If Kayne West said something to the effect of “GMA doesn’t care about poor people”, he’d actaully be telling something closer to the truth than what he once said. If this woman is trying to cut red tape from the government, it’s to make it easier to lie, cheat, steal and take advantage of her postion as president of the Republic of the Philippines. I wonder how much this red tape cutting will cost her beloved poor in tax pesos.
